SHIPPING POLICY
I'm giving a guarantee that your order will be shipped within 1 - 3 business days. Please note that my business days are Monday through Thursday.

Your order will be wrapped with care and ships in a paper envelope or organic mailer bag, depending on the size and destination of your order. Your order will be shipped to the provided address.
Note that I'm not responsible for an incorrect addresses.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs, post office strikes or weather conditions.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. In any other case, please contact me if your order hasn't shipped out.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges within 7 days after delivery of your order. Your order needs to be shipped back with track and trace code in the exact same condition as you received it. The buyer is responsible for postal costs. Refund will only be given when I receive the order. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
